Our specialty is arranging your vacation or business trip from booking your round trip airline ticket to booking your hotel, tours and site seeing adventures. When do I have to pay for my reservation?

You will never pay anything until just before we confirm your reservation.
After we have verified the availability of the dates you requested we need a 50% deposit for most of the hotels we represent. A few of the hotels require full payment in advance. If the hotel you have requested requires full payment in advance we will inform you of this in our email back to you. Upon receipt of you deposit we will send you a confirmation of your booking.


When will my reservation be confirmed?

For many of the hotels we sell, we are able to provide almost instant confirmation. In other cases, your booking will normally be confirmed within 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified via email with confirmation or any changes in your booking status.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not charge a cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However, once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies of the hotel you have booked with plus a small service charge to cover our cost. There are many problems that can occur during email delivery; your booking is considered confirmed when it is generated in our booking system, not when you receive the emailed confirmation.

If you cancel: The cancellation fee will be per the hotels policy + 5%.

To cancel your reservation, you must do one of the following:

Cancel by sending us an e-mail with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your booking ID number if you have one. If you do not have a booking ID number, please send the hotel name, location, guest name and relevant dates.

If, for any reason, you do not utilize your reservation and have failed to cancel it in the above mentioned manner, you may be liable for the full amount of your booking.
